Hi! I live in Finland now, and your articles always make me drool! And your recipes make me wish i have the ingredients to make them. (but i dont usually :( ).
Btw, I saw that you mentioned here in desert : “Jelly with raspberry”; that is not a a raspberry. That’s a black berry. :)

Oysters are the most uniquely beautiful creatures. To have them in a buffet would be unheard of here; they are so expensive.

lovely photos – so bright, clear + sunny!

everything looks like jewels on a plate, esp. soooo fresh looking the sashimi. I know what you mean about blogging/posting….I need to up it myself/am just plain lazy I am!
